In January, my furnace stopped working on a Thursday morning. I called you, and your estimator came right out and installed my furnance. Following the startup, Kevin checked the floor vents & found family rm low cfm. He couldn't go under the house because of water. Monday was dry so Kevin saw that the house had been repiped two years ago but the family rm hadn't been renewed. Kevin & Jon took out the old pipe and installed new ridge pipe. Everthing works fine. I would like to say both workers were very professional and did not track dirt into the house. Kevin finalized his work by checking to make sure everything was working. I appreciate the quality of work that was done.

I would like to thank you for installing a new furnace in our home. I had four different companies to come for the estimate and picked yours mainly because of Ron Navarro's presentation. He was very knowledgeable, patient, respectful and offered great services. On the installation day Kevin and Yancy did a great job. They worked very efficiently, fast and left the house nice and clean.

Thought I’d tell you how pleased we are with your crew and the work they are doing for us. Kevin and Yancy have not only worked diligently to get our heating back up and running as quickly as possible, but also have kept the work site quite clean and have been very good at minimizing disruption. I also appreciate their efforts to keep me informed on progress.
I’ve received the progress billing invoice and will be processing it for payment. I have been asked by the Calif. Energy Comm. to provide the breakdown of labor and materials in my report to them, so I’ll need you to break out these items on the final invoice. I’m assuming that the materials cost will include your markup and overhead costs as well.
Thanks again for your company’s work. We just beat the really cold weather with getting the heat working. The building occupants are quite happy!!!

I wanted each of you to know that I received a call today from Mrs. Harpham after OG left her home. OG installed a new water pump and float for her swamp cooler. Even though there was a mix up in parts, and I had to move her job back one day, she called to tell us how pleased she was with our service and said to tell OG thank you very much. I called Ron as well as OG and let them know.

Good Morning,
I wanted to let each of you know that I received a call from Pat Sullivan on Thursday. Pat is the sister of Susan Sullivan. We did an installation of replacement furnace and A/C for Susan that was completed May 3, 2010 (job# S-757-10).
Pat wanted to let us know that the final inspection was completed recently and the inspector praised the entire job, saying that the job was well done and looked very professional. She also noted how well the venting was done.
The technicians who performed this job were Jon H. and Kevin.
Ms. Ida Davi called and wanted to say that Yancy was wonderful, thorough, very nice, and a pleasure to have him working at her house. She said that it’s great that we have him working here, and she was very pleased with his work.
Rudy Fruscella called and wanted to say that he was very happy with OG and his service. He said that OG did a great job and he would refer our company to anyone. He was very happy with OG’s work.

Barbara Jeskalian called and left a voicemail for Ron praising Kevin, Jon, & Yancy for the work they completed at her home last week. This is what she said:
