George called today and wanted to say that Brian and Yancy did an excellent job, he was very impressed with the "great job" they did. He was also shocked how quickly they worked and that they made it really easy for him. He said that Stewart is now his "furnace company" for his other properties and his own home. :-)

I received a call from Rick Kelsch this morning. He said that Chad Stinnette was at his home last week to perform a "preventative maintenance" visit. Chad left a great impression with this client.

Alberto went to Ken Griffin's home this afternoon to do their pre-paid ac maintenance and Mrs. Griffin just called to praise him! She said that he was a "nice man, very personable, and great to work with!"

Hey All!
The inspection for Gayle Uilkema passed today! She called the office and said that she had a wonderful experience with our company. She was dreading having all this work done, but in the end she had a pleasant experience. She wanted to praise Kevin and Brian as well. She said they were both wonderful and outstanding to work with and she's actually going to miss their company! She even said that when the inspector was there he said that we did a wonderful job as well! She had a great experience all around and said that she will definitely be recommending our company in the future! :-)
